During the summer before 8th grade, I constructed a wooden Go-Kart following a tutorial I found online. The idea behind the project was to construct a simple Go-Kart to teach me core engineering concepts before High-School. This was my first taste of a large-scale project and was a lot of fun to complete. Additionally, it taught me a lot about different tools which I applied in later projects.
